Colors of makeup products may vary depending on your computer monitor or its settings. We in no way guarantee the color of the makeup based on your computer's representation of the color of the makeup.

Neither Mineralogie nor Web Site Optimizers shall be liable for any damages arising out of use of the Mineralogie Website.

Article 4: Selling our Products via Website or Television
Mineralogie is in the business of wholesaling mineral makeup and associated products. Mineralogie sells retail makeup products to the public. No person or entity is permitted to sell our makeup products online without written permission from Mineralogie. Under no circumstances is any person or entity allowed to sell our products via online auction (such as EBAY) or via television program (such as HSN or QVC).

All content included on Mineralogie, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of Mineralogie and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
